The apartment is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, satellite TV, and a hi-fi system.
The bathroom features a large walk-in shower.
On the 12 m² south-facing balcony, furnished with 2 lounge chairs, a table, and 4 chairs, you can enjoy the sun from morning until evening.
With its high-quality wooden furniture and furnishings selected with an eye for detail, you’ll look forward to cozy evenings in front of the gas fireplace.
You also have the option of using the laundry room in the building.
