Welcome to the Bergtraum apartment in Inzell (Gschwall)
Our apartment is located in the small and quiet suburb of "Gschwall" in Inzell. Inzell itself is 3 km away from the apartment. On a small plateau, nothing stands in the way of the view of the mountains. In addition to cycling and hiking trails in summer, it is only 5 km to the Kessellift in winter. If that's not enough, you can take the ski bus from Inzell to the Winkelmoos-Alm, where there is a connection to the Steinplatte. There is also a direct connection from Inzell to the biathlon arena in Ruhpolding.
In summer, the apartment is ideal for exploring the region by bike or on foot. If that's not enough, the Berchdesgadener Land with Bad Reichenhall (18km) and the Königsee (40km) is right at the gates of Inzell. Bavaria's largest sea, the "Chiemsee (20km)" can also be reached in 20 minutes.

News 2026/2027:
Inzell offers all winter sports enthusiasts the opportunity to take the bus transfer to the WinkelmoosAlm/Steinplatte. At the same time also to the biathlon in January 2027.
In cooperation with the Ruhpolding Ski School, we can establish contact for ski courses. From the age of 4 for the little ones to private lessons, everything is possible. For this purpose, we have our own beginner's area in Ruhpolding and for the professionals it goes to the Steinplatte.
Our apartment cordially invites you to an unforgettable holiday. With 55sqm of living space, the apartment offers space for up to 4 people. On request, a free baby travel cot can be placed in one of the bedrooms.
In the first bedroom there is a double bed, as well as direct access to the balcony with mountain view. The orientation is southwest and from the afternoon the sun invites you to relax. In the second bedroom there are two single beds available.
Our kitchen is available with all utensils for self-catering.
In addition to the apartment there is a small piece of garden with barbecue facilities in front of the entrance area, as well as outdoor seating.
There is a free parking space in front of the house. Your bicycles can be parked free of charge in the garage.
Dogs that are housebroken are welcome in our apartment and must be registered in advance. We ask you not to leave your pets unattended and alone in the apartment.
