About this villa rental
BEAUTIFUL HOUSE FOR 10 PEOPLE ON THE COSTA BRAVA, PRIVATE POOL, BBQ, OUTDOOR PORCH, AIR CONDITIONING, WIFI, 4 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS, VIEWS OF MONTSENY, TABLE TENNIS, AND MUCH MORE. RENOVATED IN 2023
We’re opening a new house/chalet/villa, 15 km from Blanes and/or 15–20 minutes from the beach.
It was renovated in 2023 with great attention to detail, and we still hope to improve it a little more. It has 4 bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms, all on one level with hardly any stairs (3 steps to enter the house), laid out as follows:
2 ROOMS WITH DOUBLE BEDS
1 ROOM WITH 2 SINGLE BEDS
1 QUADRUPLE ROOM with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle bed.
It also has an outdoor play area with a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, and other amenities... more will be added soon.
Outside, there is a SWIMMING POOL WITH VIEWS OF MONTSENY AND THE SUNSET, a COVERED PORCH, a CHILL-OUT AREA AND BARBECUE, a LANDSCAPED AREA AT THE ENTRANCE, and DECORATIVE NIGHT LIGHTING.
You can park your car on the property or outside without any issues, free of charge. There is plenty of space for many cars on the access ramp and in the covered area upstairs.
Supermarkets and restaurants are less than a 10-minute drive away in Maçanet de la Selva and Tordera.
