In the "Noorderloog 20" residential complex, the "Dünenrose" house—built in 2016—awaits you in a prime location in the center of Spiekeroog. The middle unit, Noorderloog 20b, consists of a 60 m² vacation apartment spread over two floors. This apartment, which accommodates up to three people, offers a high level of comfort and upscale amenities.
The first floor features an open-concept living/dining area with hardwood floors, comprising a cozy living room with a large picture window and access to the terrace, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area on the veranda.
The attic level features two bedrooms with hardwood floors (two beds / one bed and a desk) and a comfortable, naturally lit bathroom with radiant floor heating, a shower, and a toilet. A second toilet is located on the first floor. The bedrooms and the bathroom are equipped with mosquito screens.
A southwest-facing terrace with patio furniture and a southeast-facing seating area are available for the exclusive use of guests at the “Dünenrose” ⛱.
