Located between Sète and Palavas, 13 kms from Montpellier, Villeneuve les Maguelone is a small paradise, a village in the countryside, surrounded by vineyards and close to the sea. The family beach is 3 kms away, accessible by bike, on foot and by a small free train, the bus line to Montpellier is at the end of the street.
All amenities are 300 m from the house (grocery store, supermarket, post office, bank, pharmacy, doctor, ...) allowing you to put the car down and do everything on foot.PGJyPg
The house is facing East West, allowing you to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. It has an enclosed garden and two terraces, one of which is covered, allowing you to eat outside and have barbecues.
Inside a very large room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher), a dining room and a living room, all air-conditioned.
Two bedrooms are at your disposal, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds that can make only one bed. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. If you wish, this can be the case with an extra charge of €30 per stay booked.
A bathroom with walk-in shower and 1 separate toilet. A laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
A garage with 2 adult bicycles available will allow you to enjoy the beach or the many cycle paths to visit all the surroundings as well as the beautiful city of Montpellier.
You can park the car in front of the house to unload all your belongings and forget about it for the whole week. Many paths allow beautiful walks along the ponds, the salt marshes or in the Gardiole massif from which you will have an extraordinary view of the ponds and the sea.
Our house is a small haven of peace where it is good to rest, very quiet day and night, but also very central because of its location. The 5 km long motorway also allows you to easily visit the region, whether on the Camargue side to enjoy the horses and the many birds and flamingos or on the side of Sète, Bouzigues, Mèze to make a good fish restaurant or taste the wines of Bittérois by visiting the estates and cellars especially in the St Chinian region.
Reservations are made from Saturday (check-in time 4 pm) to Saturday (check-out time 10 am).
