Villa Vineta is situated in a prime location right on the beach promenade in Bansin. With its two distinctive towers, it is one of the most beautiful beach villas on the island of Usedom.
Following a complete renovation, Villa Vineta offers state-of-the-art amenities (e.g., elevator, sauna [for a fee], washer/dryer [for a fee]) in a historic setting. Surrounded by the Baltic Sea on one side and Lake Schloonsee on the other, it offers a magnificent view of the water! Its location right on the beach, surrounded by beautiful villas, is unbeatable!
Vineta 12:
Apartment No. 12 on the 1st floor features high-quality amenities. The interior design is very unique and has a personal touch. The beautiful view of the Baltic Sea makes every vacation an unforgettable experience.
The comfortable sofa, beautiful artwork, and the original arched doorway create a cozy atmosphere. The sleeping area, which can be separated by a curtain, is very comfortable and practically laid out. The kitchenette, equipped with an oven, 4-burner stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, is fully equipped.
Included in the rental price are a parking space and during the summer months use of a beach chair.
Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. This way, you can always stay up to date or share your vacation photos with your loved ones back home.
