Welcome to our charming loft, a serene retreat nestled in the heart of Como. Just a 2-minute stroll away, you’ll find the architectural marvel of St. Mary’s Cathedral, inviting you to immerse yourself in the city’s rich history. The loft is an oasis where you can enjoy a peaceful aperitif as the sun sets over the horizon, all while being just moments away from the picturesque lake and the enchanting city life.
The space
Perched on the top floor of a historic building (6th floor without an elevator), our spacious one-bedroom loft is bathed in natural light thanks to its strategically placed windows. The space blends contemporary comforts with traditional Italian charm, featuring an open kitchen equipped with everything cooking enthusiasts need: a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, kettle, toaster, and Italian coffee maker.
The living area includes a cozy dining area and a versatile sofa bed for extra guests, as well as a 4K Smart TV with Netflix.
The bathroom, featuring natural stone and modern amenities, promises a refreshing start or a relaxing end to your day. From the windows, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the rooftops of Como’s historic homes and the silhouettes of mountains and historic domes.

Our home is an authentic city apartment without an elevator, located on the sixth floor—offering both a tranquil retreat and a bit of exercise. Additionally, the ambient tolling of the Cathedral’s bells adds a touch of Como’s timeless rhythm to your stay.
Please note: the tourist tax for the city of Como is 2€ per person per day, to be left at the apartment in cash.
