Kölpinsee has been a popular beach resort for generations. Thanks to its central location on the island of Usedom, this town is an ideal starting point for various excursions. In Kölpinsee, you’ll find a bakery, restaurants, a fish smokehouse, a general practitioner, a horseback riding stable, and a bike rental shop, as well as a stop on the Usedomer Bäderbahn and a local history museum. The centrally located “Haus des Gastes” houses the spa administration office and a library.
Our vacation home is located in the heart of the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, in a quiet setting in Bernsteinbad Loddin. It’s the perfect choice if you want to relax and unwind close to nature.
Lara Vacation Home:
Our detached vacation home is well-suited for three people. It is solidly built and has a living area of 50 m². It is furnished with high-quality amenities. The vacation home offers the ideal setting for a restful and relaxing vacation any time of year. The entryway was recently renovated (2024) and gets plenty of morning sunshine.
Ground Floor Layout:
Entrance with foyer (closet) and open staircase (spiral staircase) leading upstairs to the bedrooms; living room with corner sofa, TV, radio, kitchen with fully equipped built-in appliances, spacious shower room with toilet (senior-friendly)
