The Med’4 apartment, located on the first floor of a villa, has a private entrance and features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious covered veranda with a stunning ocean view, and a private garden that also overlooks the ocean. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, and there is excellent Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work. The furnishings are simple, functional, and comfortable. Parking is available on the premises. A common area is available to all guests, featuring outdoor showers and a coin-operated washing machine.
The beach is about 350 meters away and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes by walking down a slope of about 200 meters (150 OF WHICH ARE STEEP) or in 5 minutes by car, which you can park near the beach.
Restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions are located in the immediate vicinity. During the summer, the resort villages in the area host entertainment events, so IT IS POSSIBLE THAT MUSIC MAY BE HEARD IN THE EVENING UNTIL MIDNIGHT.
If you’re looking for authentic local products, we’d be happy to direct you to the farmer from whom we also source our vegetables, fresh fruit, a few liters of good extra-virgin olive oil, cheeses, and cured meats. At the apartment, you’ll also find a selection of excellent wines that we’ve personally chosen for you from among the many Calabrian wineries, offering quality wines at a great price. During the summer, numerous food and wine festivals take place in all the neighboring towns, where you can sample local specialties.
