The detached house “Ostseehaus Ulrich” is one of the most comfortable vacation homes in Groß Schwansee. The nearly perfect layout makes it ideal for a vacation stay for up to 8 people. This stylish home offers 200 m² of living space, including a fully equipped kitchen-diner and a wood-burning stove in the living area. The vacation home features three separate bedrooms, each with a TV and its own bathroom. One dog is welcome. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. The vacation home is located on a large property alongside another house of identical construction. Both houses can also be rented together.
The first floor is stylishly furnished. A sofa suite invites you to relax by the cozy wood-burning stove. A TV, stereo system, and free Wi-Fi are available. From the living area, you can access a seasonally furnished terrace facing south/west. The large garden is ideal for children and also features a barbecue area. The open kitchen is integrated into the living area and is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, and much more. You can enjoy your home-cooked meals at a large dining table. When the weather is nice, you’ll surely want to dine on the terrace overlooking the garden. One of the separate, comfortable bedrooms is located on the living level. This bedroom is equipped with a double bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also an utility room on the first floor with free use of the washing machine and dryer, as well as a guest restroom.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms features a double bed, a TV, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The other, very spacious family bedroom features a double bed, a sofa bed ideal for children (160 cm x 200 cm), and is also equipped with a modern, naturally lit bathroom featuring a corner bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet.
A high chair and a travel crib are also available free of charge. Your dog is welcome for a fee.
Three free outdoor parking spaces round out the amenities. For large families, the neighboring “Ostseehaus Sabine”—which is identical in design and located on the same property—can be booked in addition.
