Livable but I will not stay there again

The location was perfect for my needs for this trip. The AC is quick and good. Has a garage. Close to supermarket, cafes and restaurants.

Upon arrival that was after midnight was accommodated by mistake in another apartment that was walking distance from this. (That apartment is a story for itself). The owner gave back 1500 MKD of total 11 500 MKD for 8 nights after my reaction on the mistake and apologized. Didn't like that communication goes on other channels and not via booking. The apartment doesn't have a functioning washing machine, (i used filter on booking to find apartment that have) The toilet has a bad draining system and a very small shower so water pond gathers in front of the sink after every shower. One night i found i big black cockroach in the toilet. I found hair on the bedsheets. The bed is old and has an uneven mattress so u always end up in the sinking middle part. The walls are dirty. There is Iron but no Iron board Got spilled some water on the kitchen counter and when i dried it, the napkin got all grey from the dirt. The freezer had a yellow stain inn. I think the cleanliness and the bed can be improved. Doesn't looked for me that someone bothers for the ppl that pay to stay there. In my opinion overpriced. Was amazed that the apartment had 8,9 points by reviewers at that time ??? After i left my 3 points the owner texted me on chat app to return his money for the first night because i left a bed review, so he got his money back also. Will not stay there again.

Not great, not terrible

The apartment overall is good for a short stay, and suitable for two people. The bed is very comfy. The parking space is a huge plus.

The bathroom is too small, and also dirty. There was hair in the sink, and the shower is too small to fit one person

Good location

Rather good location, easy self-check in, relaxed about paying money.

Very small room, probably just suitable for one person. Have to walk through garage to access it, all contact done via WhatsApp with owner, not super clean and tiny shower with no room to move.

Jedyny minus to łazienka. Bardzo mały prysznic, z którego wyciekała woda i cała łazienka była zalana
