We love the location and the space we enjoy while staying at the apartment

Ok when we finally got in but lacking the advertised parking space

It was light an airy with decent beds and it was mostly clean

On arrival I could not access the appartment as the email I received supplied the incorrect code to access the lock box. The email pictures showing how to access the lock box were dated and a lot of what was in the pictures was not there. I called the number in my email from booking.com. The male was unable to help me. He insisted the code was correct. When I asked where the parking space was, he said there was no parking space with the unit. I sent him my booking which clearly said “w/I parking”. He also told me I was in a different unit as the one given to me was unavailable and was being renovated. When I queried this and the lack of parking, he said he would get his supervisor to call me.. I’m still waiting for that call! After an hour of calling this man numerous times and attempting to access the lock box, a resident directed me to the office near by that rents these rooms. The manager there clarified that I had been given the incorrect lock box code. He accessed the lock box and I was able to enter. I did not have access to the parking space that was meant to be allocated to the room I rented. (This was the reason I booked this room) As such. I had to pay a lot extra for car parking. It was extremely frustrating to be standing outside the locked doors with two children and luggage, waiting to access our room. I think the communication with booking.com via phone was not helpful at all and very disappointing

Overall , I had a great experience with my family and the house is awesome...Just the toilet ;0

I like the best is the bedroom that connected to the hall. At least I can watch my children sleeping while watching television. It is a very good concept.

I hate when the toilet and bathroom is separated. As I would love to wash and shower together after doing my business. Due to the toilet, I might reconsider of taking or recommend to my friends or cousin of the place.

The location is great, beds comfortablec and place is clean. But I don’t know if I would stay again though.

The location was good, walking distance to arts quarter, train station and many F&B outlets. Cafe below was also a bonus.

The apartment is a bit dated and tired. Especially the bathroom which needs an upgrade. The exhaust fan over the bath/shower is ill fitting and dripped a bit.
