Very Good Stay

I liked the fully enclosed back yard. It was clean. The beds were very comfortable.

The train passes at crazy times, but it’s not the properties fault. Maybe a more thorough look at the comforters on top of the beds from former stays. One side of the backyard was great, it might have needed a good mow but other then that it was nice, the other side and the back porch needed a bit of up keep. The shower handle was a bit hinky, it took a bit to make sense of. The response to my inquiries was prompt and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet.

Cute Cozy House

The house was super cute and cozy - and very good sized! The fenced in backyard was very nice for my dog. Love the entire vibe of the home and the neighborhood. Definitely worth the stay if you're passing through.

A train coming by at 5 in the morning, literally shaking the entire house wasn't ideal but not enough to be upset about. We could only find 2 bean bags for the corn hole game in the backyard, so thankfully we didn't have time to attempt to play. Or that would have been disappointing.

VERY CUTE HOME AND YARD!!! Terrible management.

The house is so cute! Genuinely loved how it looked. The yard was also very nice! Perfect for our two dogs or a family to play in. The bed for us was so so. We prefer softer, but didn't wake up sore, so that's a positive. Quiet street. The train conductor might wave at you if you're out back watching the train roll by, which is pretty cool.

For such a cute home, the management experience was shockingly disappointing. First, let me reiterate the positives: the house itself is genuinely adorable, the yard was wonderful for our dogs, and the neighborhood was quiet. That is honestly what makes the rest of this so frustrating. The cookware provided was disappointing for a home with such a nice kitchen. Fine for eggs or grilled cheese, but if you plan to actually cook, consider bringing your own pans. Both exterior doors had to be slammed to fully latch, making it easy to accidentally leave the house unsecured without realizing it. Check-in was also unnecessarily stressful. The keypad code provided did not work, eventually locking the keypad after too many failed attempts. We had to contact customer support, speak with an international call center, receive a verbal code that had to be repeated multiple times, and then wait for the keypad reset timer before we could finally get inside. Not exactly the smooth arrival experience you hope for after traveling. The biggest issue, and frankly the unacceptable one, was the shower. Around 9 PM the night before a graduation, we discovered the shower hose/head had completely broken off and was unusable. There was also no plug provided for the tub. We contacted management immediately. We were told someone would come “first thing in the morning,” but no one could tell us what that actually meant — 6 AM? 8 AM? 10 AM? We were given no timeframe at all, just told to wait. When you are attending an important event and simply need to shower and get ready, “sometime in the morning” is not a real solution. This was not some major repair requiring specialized work. The replacement part was available at Walmart, which was open until 11pm. Instead, we ended up ordering one ourselves at 7:30am, having it delivered, and installing it so we could simply bathe and get ready for graduation. Guests should not have to repair essential fixtures in a rental they paid for.

Linens were stained, couches were stained, flies inside house, bedroom doors wouldn't stay open, bathroom door wouldn't stay closed.

I liked the fully enclosed back yard. It was clean. The beds were very comfortable.
