The owner has very quickly response after the power off due to overload. After power restored then The owner told me I should turn off the AC before use appliance that I really didn't know ... Better remind the tenant about that ... In my home town we never need to do that.
The first day with all the luggage we can't get into the property from the back entrance, we under the sun try 20 min with the code and fail to open the door. We try call and msg the owner. Turn out owner said the code has been deleted by management. So we need to carry the luggage walk around the building for 10+ min then with 40+ stair steps up to the front entrance ... It really hard with all those luggage... If the owner can let us know the back door doesn't then tell us earlier will prevent those painful and scary moment.
Also there are some people lives on street with two tents so close to the main entrance that also cause us worry for back to the building late.

Todo, es pequeñito pero acogedor, tiene todo lo necesario para hacer perfecta tu estancia en Roma.
Cristina fue una gran anfitriona nos ayudo en todo lo que le preguntamos y nos dejo café, desayuno y refrescos.

Very well equipped apt and very clean! Great attention to detail! Great WiFi, cozy bed! Hostess was always available for
Communication. Easy access to apt! Great location to all public transportation. Grocery store nearby.
I would have given this place a 10 except it was very noisy inside the building some night until midnight and the traffic outside due to being a street level apt was loud all hours it would be quiet then a motorcycle or car would
Go zooming by. Very very loud. We did not sleep well. We had to use Ear plugs noise machines
