Exceptional Service particularly at buffet breakfast. The location is really handy to get to different parts of Bangalore without being too impacted by traffic!! Particularly appreciated the eco friendly toiletries and also the wooden room key! The live flute music during buffet breakfast added a special touch and elevated our experience!
The mattress was a bit saggy in places, but I suppose it's more of a personal preference. I also found the disclaimer message regarding the in-room safe that " the in room safe is provided for your convenience and the hotel is not responsible for the loss of any items", very strange . I had to call the front desk to confirm that no one had access and it was indeed safe to leave stuff in!! And it absolutely was fine too! A puzzling disclaimer indeed!!

Front office team, very stiff and do not follow up, we asked to extend the stay by 1 day. after follow-up the email confirmation was not sent and again they were checking back and forth. Dynamic cost are unreasonable and way out of bonds
