El check in online demasiado largo.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and in a good location
Although there was a dishwasher and washing machine, no detergent tablets were provided. There was also no iron or safety deposit box, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from one of the kitchen cabinets.
The biggest issue was the communication with the management. They acknowledged that there were several shortcomings and offered to refund part of the payment, which I accepted. However, they never responded again or followed up on the refund. This completely undermined my trust in the management and significantly affected my overall experience.

"Clear and kind communication, from Matteo, AC was our savior during heatwave. Close to train station, close to points of interests but far enough to stay at calm. Perfect for people coming with train...."
