The moment I walked in, I couldn’t help but smile from ear to ear. Having this cute and cosy place to ourselves for four days, in such a lovely area, was an absolute delight. I felt so happy and at home. I loved being within walking distance of amazing cafés, restaurants, pubs, and a Sainsbury’s right next door. But what I loved most of all was the feeling of living like a local, even if just for a few days.

Location near Barnes Bridge Station. Wireless was good.
Minor noise if you come from a place another country that doesn’t have so much air traffic. Planes early in the morning. The couch in the lounge room was a little uncomfortable to sit on. Only one spare toilet roll for a week and no washing powder supplied for the washing machine.

The property itself was perfect for what we needed it for. It’s a cute apartment which is has everything you’d need in the summer and it has such character. It’s almost romantic without trying.
My only issue was getting into the city centre and although it did set us back an hour or so each day, the area is so lovely that I wish we spent more time locally. But seriously, everything else was perfect.

The apartment was really nice and in a wonderful location for my needs.
They had everything I needed to make my time there very comfortable.
Very close to the train and very good restaurants and a market nearby.
