Wonderful friendly staff who were very welcoming, clean rooms and good prices. There is a tea towel and cloth along with some washing up liquid in the kitchenette sink area which is helpful. The kitchenette has a microwave an undercounter fridge freezer which comes with a small bottle of milk upon your arrival and some tea bags, coffee, and sugar. There is also a kettle and cutlery, plates, and kitchen basics which is is a real help for people who can’t always eat out for allergy or intolerance reasons but still like to travel and not worry about food options.

Good car park
Good shower/bathroom
Quiet
Reasonable size room
No breakfast
Small bin in room had not been emptied at start of my stay
Host promised me room 8 but room was not available when I arrived. I was offered a similar room but for £10 extra per night. The fact that the room would not be available was not communicated to me in advance of my arrival nor was the extra £10 per night charge. This was very disappointing and did not give me a warm glow.

Walkable into the high street. Quiet cul de sac off the high street. The kitchenette in the room was a plus. Living room in the building was great for us to bring a takeaway (only a couple of evening dinner options).
The kitchenette meant there was no cupboard for clothes, only a holder for hangers. There is a mirror only in the bathroom not in the room.

Spacious clean, comfortable room. Shower room good.
Probably my mistake but thought it had a kitchen and we brought food which needed cooking but not by microwave.
