Great apartment in a good location

A wonderful little apartment. I liked everything about it, except that the window wouldn't open and it was quite hot, since there was an unusual heat wave during our stay in Paris. Other than that, everything was great.

Worst Booking experience of my life

Nothing

One week before my arrival, I contacted the host to inform her that my train might be delayed, and I could arrive later than expected. Her response was dismissive—she said it wasn’t her problem and that I needed to plan better. This was already a very negative first interaction. On the day of arrival, my train was indeed delayed, and I couldn't make it before the maximum check-in time of 11 PM. I proposed meeting the next day and tried to coordinate a time, but she insisted on 11 AM, even though I explained I was working at that time. Despite offering alternative times, she refused to adjust. Eventually, we did meet—she was 10–15 minutes late—and she showed me the apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment was not as described. The toilet had no seat, the shower was in poor condition (as shown in the pictures), and the coffee machine wasn’t working. She also promised to send me the internet access details, but never did—so I had no internet the entire weekend, even though it was included in the price. The Hallway was not clean and many papers and litter was there. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I urge you NOT to go there.

Damp and dilapidated / unfriendly host

The position, a few steps from the metro and all necessary services.

Damp, no ventilation, decayed, dust on shelves, broken toilet cover, coffee machine not working, no heating at all. Unfriendly host.
