Beware if staying here as not recommended for family's .

Location was very nice,not too far from the ferry port and train stations.

No privacy partition for upstairs rooms,centre window was locked and rooms were so hot we had to sleep downstairs, mattresses were badly stained throughout, one bathroom with limited hot water and being 8 of us it took ages for us to shower and get ready for the day,it stated it could accommodate 10 people but not sure how that works as we couldn't get by with 8 of us. if there was a fire downstairs we'd never get out as didn't see any smoke alarms either. had to clean everything like cutlery and plates as we're dirty,TV we could use as very confusing, bins were half full before we got there and tried our best to recycle but difficult to do so,no lighting outside as my wife took a fall on the steps as couldn't see as light was so dim on garage,no outside lighting either. burnt my arm trying to light the BBQ as under closer inspection it was rusted out and the gas exploded trying to light it ,we were told by owner it was just a handle broken but found it was beyond use.all the pictures on BOOKING .COM Didn't match ,socket was having off the wall upstairs with wires showing which if had small kids it could have been nasty.i tried to sort these problems out with owner when got back as wasn't happy with the accommodation and wanted a partial refund but got a very negative reply from them.We should have left the property the minute we found problems as it ruined our stay as from day to day it became a struggle. Don't recommend this property. In all the places we've stayed in france this has got to be the worst I'm afraid.

Points négatifs : Séjour extrêmement décevant et loin des standards attendus. Dès notre arrivée, un volet en bois ne tenait que sur un seul gond. Le propriétaire était déjà informé mais aucune réparation n’avait été faite. Ce volet, lourd et de grande taille, représente un réel danger, notamment avec des enfants Le terrain de pétanque est totalement non conforme aux photos : terrain en pente, structure qui s’affaisse, géotextile visible, envahi de mauvaises herbes. inutilisable. La propreté générale est inacceptable : Terrasse très sale et collante Lave-vaisselle laissé plein, Éponge sale noircie laissée dans l’évier, Nombreuses toiles d’araignées dans les luminaires Insectes morts (mouches, blattes... Les équipements sont pour beaucoup défectueux ou inutilisables : Barbecue à gaz rouillé et mal entretenu Cuisine d’été non fonctionnelle, Table de ping-pong ACTIVITÉ PHARE inutilisables, Tv qui coupe en permanence (son et image)Ampoules grillées ou défectueuses (salon) Cuisine très mal équipée et mal entretenue :Ustensiles rouillés ou cassés Four sale, penché, avec grilles non adaptées au four. Agencement de la maison peu fonctionnel : Aucune séparation entre la partie jour et nuit Chambre du rez-de-chaussée minuscule (4 à 5 m²), sans porte. 1 seul WC dans sdd. Aucun volet fonctionnel dans cette chambre (celui existant étant cassé) À l’étage : Dortoir conforme mais matelas de très mauvaise qualité, extrêmement inconfortables Chaleur excessive Rideau arraché Fenêtre sans clé empêchant toute fermeture sécurisée et occultation de la partie nuit SDb mal équipée et peu fonctionnelle : Aucun tapis de sol à la sortie de douche Loquet de la porte défectueux : impossible de fermer correctement à clé, mon père a dû bricoler un système pour pouvoir verrouiller, ce qui est inadmissible pour l’unique salle de bain avec WC Extérieurs non clôturé par endroit. Les finitions de la maison sont à déplorer, Cabanon fermé avec les jeux ext dedans, vitre cassée hyper dangereux

Voisin agréable (notamment avec ses poules). Bonne production d’eau chaude. Sèche-serviettes fonctionnels et quali Maison assez isolée pour mettre un peu de musique en paix Jeux de société disponibles. Canapé confortable.

Maison typique qui a du potentiel mais entretien extérieur et intérieur à revoir

Côté campagne...mais un peu isolé cependant

Une seule salle de bain avec 1 seule lavabo et toilettes dans la même pièce pour 10 personnes...trop compliqué...un manque d' entretien intérieur et extérieur...pas de cafetière...des ustensiles de cuisine abîmés..une senseo seulement pour petit déjeuner qui fuyait...matelas tâché...

chambre sans porte,fermeture salle de bain,toilette par crochet qui ne fonctionne pas il y a plein de trou pour trouvez le bon qui tient. dehors trop de bazar et pas en sécurité ,trop de choses traine ,pas accès aux activité proposer. garage trop de poussières et du moisi sur les vélos,vélos fonctionne pas ,pas de frein,roue dégonflé ou crevé etc.. beaucoup de choses a revoir dans ce gite.
