The apartment was very clean and tidy, with furniture and appliances that looked almost brand new. Key collection was quick and easy. The location is great, within walking distance of the main street, restaurants, and the beach. The apartment has all the basic essentials, making it a pleasant place to stay. The apartment also has a small but pleasant patio, where you can enjoy breakfast or even lunch outdoors. The host is friendly and polite.
Unfortunately, some of the issues mentioned in other reviews can be confirmed. The neighborhood can be noisy at times and is not particularly well maintained. The shower also tends to overflow because the drain is slow, which seems to be a common issue in Lanzarote rather than a design flaw. A few things in the apartment could also use some minor repairs.

Apartment was fantastic, Clean and everything you needed
Kitchen was fine but only really used the kettle, we had meals out all the time
The Air Con was brilliant on the extremely hot days to help cool you down
Nice shower and great hot water if required
Would definitely come back again if the bed situation was resolved, see what we didn't like
Normally if you do get single beds you can push them together, unfortunately these beds had a wooden surround making it impossible. Was not possible to get close to partner/Wife due to a gap and the beds were too small alone for 2 people.
Extremely disappointing aspect of the whole week.
Shower didn't have a lip to stop the water going onto the bathroom floor, minor issue just had to keep an eye on it and a towel down.

La ubica para visitar la isla, así como las comodidades que presenta el apartamento
La zona es demasiado turística con una oferta gastronómica y ocio orientado al turismo extranjero
