Location 50 metres from promenade overlooking the Adriatic. Flat had a balcony with sea view and s table and chairs on the balcony. Close to restaurants, the harbour and the Old town. Flat was a great sixe with everything you need supplied. Flat is very secure. Has heating and air conditioning
Lift wasn't working but that was due to some improvements being made internally this is not long standing. It wasn't an issue for us. No other complaints.

Limpieza. Dormitorio, cocina y baño muy amplios. Muy bien ubicado (cerca del centro). Fácil aparcamiento (gratuito). Vistas al mar.
No hay placa de cocina; sólo una pequeña placa antigua de gas con dos fuegos.

The accommodation is in a great location, very close to the beach, and parking was easy and convenient.
Only one room was equipped with aircondition.
However, the kitchen is only suitable for basic meal preparation. There is no oven, the cooking space is quite limited, and there is no dishwasher (machine), so it is not ideal for more complex cooking.
