A compact apartment in an ideal location in the old town of Cahors.

Great location within the old town and a short walk from the centre. Loved the historic building. Good to have car parking in a secure car park.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable when used as a sofa. The location is great, but can be noisy in the mornings when the bins are emptied and deliveries made. We also experienced some issues with the internet connection of the WiFi.

Sensación de engaño.

El apartamento está bien y limpio. Pero, ojo con la fianza, mucho, 300 euros por una noche y, a la hora de reservar no está claro, está escondido, lo miramos muy bien, y sí estaba pero había que buscar. Al reservar, no lo ves, lo ves cuando te lo descuentan y entones relees ya ahí está, camuflado y no dicen que tardan 15 días en devolverte la fianza cobrada ¡¡Ojo!!

Las escaleras estaban sucísimas, llenas de polvo, plumas, etc. no se han limpiado en mucho tiempo. Estuvimos en el segundo piso, el tramo desde el primero al segundo mucho más sucio, un aspecto deplorable. Nos cargaron una fianza de 300 euros a recuperar en quince días, nos pareció un abuso y como tal se lo expresé al propietario, entiendo que pidan fianza pero, ¿quince días? el día de salida se comprueba si hay daños y si no los hay se devuelve la fianza pero no, quince días de retención de nuestro dinero. Advertir que no te das cuenta de que existe el pago de fianza, está escondido , haces las reserva y en ningún momento te salta el aviso de cobro, en otras reservas antes de finalizar te avisa del cobro de la fianza aquí no, te das cuenta hasta que has reservado y, quince días sin tu dinero no todo el mundo puede estar quince días sin 300 euros. Además reservando a través de Booking hay garantía de que si hubiera algún destrozo Booking tiene todos los datos, incluida tarjeta y todos los datos de identidad. Después de exponerle al propietario todo esto y, que si al irnos no había desperfecto no entendía que no se devolvía el dinero, me dijo que recibiría mi dinero el mismo día si todo estaba correcto. Todo quedó en perfecto estado, recogido y en orden. No recibí el dinero de fianza como me había dicho ese día sino cuatro días después. Cumplimos, el apartamento quedó en perfecto estado y los propietarios no devolvieron la fianza el día de salida sino cuatro días después, menos mal no fueron 15. Cuidado, con las fianzas te puedes quedar con las trajeras temblando.
