Warm room. Clean.
I had to take off the bed sheets and clean the bathroom before i leave and put the used towels all in a pile. This way they don't need employees. They have the guests as employees. I had problems for more than 15 minutes in cold trying to open the outside door off the building. A small instruction was very nice.

"The host was easily accessible and was always ready to help. The space was indeed cozy, fully equipped and comfortable. It was also a nice quick walk to get to the city center."
