A good value but the place was a bit worn and dumpy.

The kitchen(s) (we had two apartments) were almost not useable. Not enough pans, utensils, silverware, - almost nothing and very annoying since we were 12 - 13 people

Very disappointed

Nice location within walking distance to the French Quarter. Large space. Could sleep up to 8. Unique design.

If you like coffee, don’t count on having a coffee pot with your coffee machine in unit G. It is in the picture in the listing. Alerted Roamie as soon as we arrived. Stayed 3 nights and they never delivered a coffee pot. That is one of the main reasons we chose a rented home over a hotel. We like to make our coffee each morning. We don’t want to run out and spend $5 a cup. With 4 people who enjoy a couple cups each morning, that costs and inconvenience adds up. It was “clean”, meaning swept and fresh sheets and towels. It’s old and could use a good scrubbing and some repairs. The metal stairs to access the various levels of unit G are very loud. If you’re a light sleeper and staying with others who move around a lot, good luck sleeping at all. Also, this rental was not cheap at all. I typically read requests before booking. This time, we had to rush due to a family death and had no time to do that. Since it was just as expensive as some of the nicer one, I assumed this would be nice, too. Learned my lesson. And one more time about the coffee pot/machine. If they would have said they would not be delivering a coffee pot or a different coffee machine, I would have bought a cheap one to leave behind. Sure, would have been irritated about it, but at least the issue would have been resolved. Each day we expected them to deliver one, and they never did anything about this issue. Poor communication regarding this issue.

Awful

Good location

First off it took almost two hours to get into the property after my check in Time then the place was not clean and hand and awful smell so I was moved to another unit which smelt a little better but had to use the stove to keep warm I was there late January so the weather was extremely cold the heat worked the first night but the last two nights we was freezing until we decided to use the stove for heat

Good Location but Dirty

It was within walking distance from the french quarter and easy to find. It did have a pool.

It was nothing like the pictures. The furniture was falling apart. The floors were so dirty that our feet were black from a few steps. They didn't change the bedding between bookings. There was glitter and dirt between the sheets. Had to wash everything before we could use them. My son also found 2 shirts that weren't ours in between the sheets of his bed. The tile in the kitchen around the air vent was all broken. It looked like it was replaced before but was still breaking. It wouldn't have been a problem, but it was in front of the fridge and you had to stand on that spot to open it. The pool was falling apart, and half of the lounge chares were broken. it drained a foot of water every day. had to keep putting the hose in there to keep water in it. It's not a private pool. you have to share it with all the connecting units. Which wasn't bad, but we had kids, and another room partied and didn't clean up after themselves. I would prefer not to pick up beer bottles, cigarette butts and suspicious pink dime bags of white powder before my kids put them in their mouths on my vacation.

I appreciated the location being in a pleasant neighborhood with convenient walking access to all necessities, including a nearby grocery store. The decor of the place was charming and gave an intimate feel. The room exceeded my expectations in size and was fully stocked with all the essentials and some thoughtful extras I hadn't anticipated. I also loved the pool area, which was updated with ample seating, better landscaping, and other features not visible in the pictures

Parking can be sparse at night since it's street parking, which might be inconvenient if you're driving. This property lacks some of the bells and whistles that other properties might offer. Additionally, the kitchen and dining area being upstairs could be a deterrent for some guests, so it's important to note this for future stays.

The door code didn't work until we complained and they gave us the correct one. The heat didn't work the first night so we froze all night. Also there were only 2 glasses, one spoon and a couple of forks which was surprising fora full kitchen.
