About this house rental
This property was designed by my father to really take advantage of hosting friends and family. We want others to get to experience this upstairs getaway like we have. Five minutes from the beach and bars. We have local taxi companies with fast and great service to get you out and home as needed. We ask no parties with guests outside of the booking. Please enjoy this place and take advantage of the pool table and great amenities we have here. FYI there is two flights of stairs to get into the building with no elevator. 3 full bedrooms and 1 upstairs loft pullout bed in the apartment.

Amazing house. Great open layout kitchen-living-pool table room with a spacious bar off to the side. Super clean & big. 3 large bedrooms and a nice loft with futon. Prime location with liquor store and food options on the same street and 5 minute walk into town with lots of restaurants and shopping. Also short drive to all main Jersey shore bars/other towns. Driveway was large enough for our cars while still leaving room for the tenant downstairs. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this house to others.

David was a very communicative host. The house was beautiful! Huge kitchen, lots of seating, great TV, decor, pool table — we loved it! The master bathroom was very nice, and the house also an awesome music system. We highly recommend for a group stay.(Only slight recommendation- to have trash bags and paper towels to help with guest clean up. We had to go buy some cleaning products.)

Spent my 25th birthday here with friends and it was a perfect stay. Very clean, open and spacious place. Loved that there were so many mirrors. The host was also always responsive and quick with communication.

I rented this house as a gift for my husband and his 3 friends for a fishing trip to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Michael was so nice to work with and always responded to every question I had. My husband said the house was fabulous and in a great location.
