Vintage y caro.
La cercanía a la playa. Tiene a/a. La lavadora lava bien.
Es un piso que deben usar a menudo los propietarios y está lleno de objetos de decoración, jarrones, floreros, etc... lo que hace difícil dejar las cosas o usar las mesas.
En el baño no habían retirado los productos de aseo/limpieza de todos los inquilinos anteriores por lo que había numerosos botes de champús, cremas, jabones, geles etc... abiertos y a medio usar, tanto sobre la bañera como en el pequeño armario. También había una alfombrilla antideslizante de ventosas usada en el interior de la bañera (sin precinto ni envoltorio).
Está muy desactualizado: la ducha no se sujeta en su soporte con la presion del agua, el techo tiene la pintura desprendida por húmedas, el lavabo no está muy firme sobre su base y la cisterna tarda muchisimo en llenarse.
En la cocina de nuevo sin espacio en los armarios, hay que dejar la compra dentro de la nevera o en el suelo. La lavadora va bien pero no hay friegaplatos y el fregadero es solo de agua fría. Las sartenes tenían restos grasientos.
En el salón, el sofá no está protegido con funda lavable, y eso es especialmente necesario en un alojamiento vacacional de playa por razones obvias. Lo cubrí con una sábana. La televisión solamente es convencional digital, sin Internet, y para que el mando funcione o cambiar de canal hay que agitarlo delante del sensor.
Tiene aire acondicionado en el salón, pero hay que estar pendiente de vaciar un bidón que hay en la terraza donde cae el agua de condensación del aire.
El dormitorio está bien de tamaño y la cáma es cómoda aunque las almohadas son durísimas. La ventana da al pasillo del complejo de apartamentos, por donde pasa gente continuamente. El armario también estaba lleno de cosas que no miré mucho, simplemente las amontoné en un lado para poder usar el otro lado. Había bastantes sabanas y toallas de repuesto, aunque justo la que había puesto en la cama a mi llegada estaba tan vieja que se rasgaba.
