Está recién reformado, es bonito, muy cómodo, tiene aire acondicionado, cocina con enseres. Baño completo. El desayuno incluido era en el bar de al lado, y es riquísimo, y el personal muy atento. Y la persona que gestionaba el apartamento muy pendiente de todo y amable. Esta a 5 min andando de la parada de metro y en 15 min estás en el centro, sin pérdida.

A fost aproape de metrou, zona a fost destul de bună. Nu putem spune ca nu ne- am simțit în siguranță. În jur erau supermarketuri și magazine. Micul dejun constând dintr-o cafea și un croissant.
Curățenia. Pe canapeaua pentru copil, deși am rugat în repetate rânduri să fie pregătită, am găsit doar o perna înfățată și o pilotă pătată fără cearceaf. Absolut nimic altceva. Încercând sa găsim cearceafuri curate am deschis dulapul de unde nu se înțelegea ce era curat și ce nu, totul fiind în dezordine.
După ce am încercat sa lămurim problema, s-a rezolvat parțial. Am înfățat tot noi pilota.
Pilota patului principatelor era infățată cu un cearceaf scămoșat și complet desfăcut pe o parte. Nu am găsit cum sa îl închidem asa ca ne-am obișnuit.
Destul de frig în apartament. Paturile inconfortabile. În patul principal cel puțin, aveai senzația ca stai într-o groapă. Salteaua moale și subțire.
Curățenia per total nu ne-a inspirat încredere. Nu are rost sa continui cu detalii.
De retinut ca nu sunt disponibile gel de dus și șampon.
Taxa de oraș, deși stipulată clar în cadrul rezervarii devine mai mare deoarece trebuie achitată la finalul check-in-ului online iar acolo se adaugă un comision Stripe pe care se poate ca îl plătește clientul. La noi, pentru 4 nopți, am plătit 4 euro în plus. Nu e vorba de bani, ci de ideea în sine.

L'appartamento è bello, ben arredato, grande e spazioso, si trova in un bel palazzo, facilmente raggiungibile dalla metro, spazi davvero comodi
La pulizia si può migliorare, ed è una pecca perché l'appartamento è davvero bello; c'era una perdita in bagno, ma non ci ha creato problemi con l'utilizzo del servizio

It was very close to the metro station, and a lot of cafe’s and stores near.
The host is very nice, but you don’t Really understand what he is trying to explain.
The apartment is spatious
TV and wi fi works very good
It has a lot of outlets
Close tot the Ciampino airport
1.The boiler in the bathroom started leaking randomly. And when I wanted to go to the bathroom during the night, I almost fell because I didn’t see the leakage. We managed to clean it, but still found water in the morning.
2. The bed was comfortable but, there is a dent in the middle, it’s like a hole and you kinda fall into it.
3. It was a bit cold to be fair, in the morning and during the the night. The ACs were not working at all, they were blowing air in vain. We tried to ask the host what we can do, he said we had 2 radiators, and then the wheel for hotness, we didn’t find them, and it ended up being cold.
4. The apartment was clean, except the kitchen. The sink had spots on it, the utensils had marks from the dried water and soap on them, as well as the plates. The coffee machine hasn’t been cleaned for a long time, we found used capsules and water leaking from it. And the dresser on the hallway, had stuff thrown in it (bedding and laundry), the storage closet as well, a lot of random stuff thrown in there and not organised.
5. We only had one roll of toilet paper for 4 nights
6. The “toiletries” they say you get, aren’t exactly what you expect them to be.
7. The security system is quite scary, the door only locks with the handle and code lock (that is on the handle). We almost got left outside the building since we didn’t have any keys or anything to get in the building, only a site that wasn’t always working and we had to wait for about 5-10 minutes on the cloak for it to open the door. Lucky us the people living there managed to leave or come back at the same time as us.
Also, the directions to the apartment aren’t really given to you so you have to spend some time to find it.
