Ki Space Hotel & Spa - near Disneyland Paris

Lovely and clean and ideal location

Good breakfast, convenient transport to Disneyland, nice pool and gym.

The rain showers in the spa area weren't fully working.

Great location and excellent shuttle service. Rooms were great with the kitchen area and extremely clean.

Bar staff were not very attentive and the pool area was extremely busy

The property itself self is very clean the bar staff are very friendly and a few of the nomad restaurant staff are nice . But I feel the front of house staff could be changed as not very welcoming or helpful

When we went to check in our room wasn’t ready for over an hour when we arrived it was 14:38 check in was 15:00 we stood in a queue watching others check in we where told our room wasn’t rash to come back in 15 mins we rejoined the queue for the second time , again room wasn’t ready asked again to come back to check in instead of taking passports and checking us in they kept making us rejoin the queue of people that where arriving over an hour passed before we got given our room Considering check out is 11 rooms should be ready cleaner has us out the room at 10:15 on the day of departure but check out was 11 .
