Great location to where I needed to be. Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean. Value for the stay was great.
The bed was a little too firm for my liking. The bolt on the door to my room didn't work. There was still a safety blocker you could flip up and I didn't feel uncomfortable or unsafe, so I didn't report it until the morning.

I didn’t eat the breakfast.
The staff at the front desk was hardly present at the front desk to assist the customers. The front desk staff wasn’t rude, but they weren’t too customer service friendly neither.

This staywaa super awesome. Great staff, very professional and nice with a smile and sense of humor. Very clean and top- tier i highly recommend anyone to stay here. Location was great and outside was very clean. Will definitelystay there again. Breakfast was very tasty.

Had to get help with room thermostat and television remote. Had to ask twice to get a carafe for the coffee machine.
But the WORST problem was we asked twice for a wake-up call, adding that it was extremely important that we
get up and leave on time.....but NO WAKE-UP CALL. So we had to scramble to check out in time for our SURGERY
appointment at 7:30AM. NOT GOOD.
The staff needed help at check in counter, apparently. Otherwise they might have remembered to get us the carafe, and
they MIGHT HAVE REMEMBERED the wake up call!
