Einmalige Lage…. nur wir…. viele friedliche Kühe und der Atlantik! Eindrückliche Fotodokumentation über den Umbau eines alten Azorenhauses in ein solches Bijou!
Grosses Kompliment an Besitzer und Mafalda.
Wir waren total abgeschieden an diesem friedlichen Ort und dennoch war der hübsche Badeort Praia Vitoria nur 10 Minuten um den Hügel erreichbar.

Sin duda, un alojamiento de 10 para ir en familia. La ubicación es un auténtico privilegio: tranquila, apacible y con el océano como telón de fondo. Nos fascinó ver cómo cambiaba el paisaje con el clima; pasamos por viento, sol, bruma y lluvia, y cada instante fue especial. Es de esos lugares que te obligan a frenar el ritmo y a disfrutar del silencio. Ideal para desconectar y fundirse con la naturaleza. ¡Volveríamos sin pensarlo!"
A mejorar: El descanso puede llegar a ser desigual ya que la cama principal es muy cómoda, pero el sofá cama donde dormía mi hija se queda pequeño e incómodo. La iluminación es algo escasa y el baño necesita una puerta completa para dar intimidad. Por el entorno natural es comprensible, pero encontramos varios ciempiés y arañas en el interior; un sellamiento más hermético de los accesos ayudaría a mantenerlos fuera. Cuidado también con la puerta principal, que solo abre con llave. A pesar de estos detalles, la casa ofrece una paz absoluta, unas vistas al océano inmejorables y es un punto estratégico ideal como base de salida para recorrer la isla.

Maison vraiment au calme, face à la mer et au milieu des champs : la vue de la terrasse est superbe, la nuit aucune pollution lumineuse, les voisins les plus proches sont à 1 km (ça implique d’avoir un véhicule et aimer la solitude)
Ancienne demeure restaurée récemment et ameublée simplement mais avec goût
Grande pièce commune sans séparation (hormis un paravent), donc intimité limitée si voyage à plusieurs

The open plan wide space. Private parking.
The house smelt stale. The sofas are old and uncomfortable and again smelt stale.
The toilet door was marked and didn’t feel nice.
The shower is clean and sink area is clean but basic.
But only had one bath towel for our 3 nights stay. I’m sorry but I didn’t feel relaxed and comfortable here and I have to be honest because I was disappointed when I arrived.
