La Casa Nostra

The owners were kind and helpful. The room was very clean and the location was great, pretty close to the main streets.

The wifi only worked on the first evening, but then completely stopped working for the rest of our stay. It would have been okay to use our own data but unfortunately the service also wasn’t working in that area, which is important to us for working and studying remotely. In the shared bathroom, the shower head is right above the sink and door and unfortunately other guests didn’t close the toilet so everything would be completely wet, which didn’t feel very hygienic to us (although that’s not the owners’ fault).

Everything went great! Lovely breakfast, great comfy room and AC. Great social spaces, friendly hosts. Honestly deserves its great rating!!

Dont know if the hosts can do anything about it but we found that the yard of this place had most mosquitoes that we had anywhere else we have been in in 1 month of travel. I put on bug spray each time i left the house.

Nice quiet location, homemade and fresh breakfast every morning, friendly and approachable staff

Nothing

Great budget stay, nice basic room for one night. Staff are nice and friendly. They allowed us to pay the day after as we had no cash on us when we arrive in Laos, which was nice of them. For the price, we think it was a good stay!

Unfortunately I believe I got an upset stomach from the breakfast (cold chocolate rice with fruit bowl). we left after one day to go somewhere more comfortable as the bed was quite firm for us.
