Served our needs well. Good location.
Parking garage is a bit far unless you win the lottery with street spaces open

The location is good for a fairly short walk from the passenger ferry or train station and to visit sites in historic Messina. The room size was surprisingly large and everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and accommodated my need for gluten free options. The primary contact I dealt with was very quick to respond to all texts, although we never met in person since this is a mostly unstaffed location.
Beware that on weekend nights (beginning Thursday) there is very loud music from a nearby restaurant until 2:00 in the morning. Earplugs do not block the noise. We had a room facing the street, so perhaps a room in the back might not encounter this unpleasant experience.
