Best price value, but you need your towel

Exceptionally helpful staff, amazing location, a place with feeling and history, sensitively reconstructed to host people. I was impressed.

The toilet seat lid has been broken for a whole year! It really should be replaced, as it wouldn't be a major expense.
The beds are poorly designed; instead of a proper bed base, they have a wire mesh support that sags and curves completely under a person's weight. Sleeping in a hollow like that is far from comfortable. I would recommend installing additional metal or wooden slats to support the wire mash and mattress and prevent it from sagging, like that wire mash.

Good variety of breakfast, and bar options, bathrooms were clean and staff were helpful
No air con - my last night was unbearably hot - as there were 5/6 people in the room!
