Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfy with clean sheets. Also, they have common places to socialise with fellow travellers. Met good people over there. ☺️ a rememberable stay.
Location is very ideal. Just a 5-7 min walkaway from Victoria Square. Close to all stores and restaurants..

perfect location for exploring the city by walking! the bed is very comfortable, the room is clean and i felt safe. also the staff was really friendly and helpful!
unfortunately the showers are not very hygienic. i’m not sure how often they get cleaned, but when i showered in the evening they were always a bit smelly, other people‘s hair sticking around (which of course is also the guest‘s fault) and just overall not very clean.

It was very clean.
It was uncomfortable to sleep there. The room was crowded and noisy, even when other guests were trying to sleep. The staff told me that my name wasn’t on the list, even though I had made a reservation in advance. Another strange thing was that they turned on the air conditioning even though the weather was cold at this time of year!
