It was not worth neither the money nor time spent

In general it was clean. It had almost everything you needed. The baby cot was well prepared. A supermarket and bus stop in 5-8min on foot. The host was responsive.

Where to begin? The first impression after checking in was horrible. We were in shock. The neighbourhood is poor. At first we felt that it was unsafe, but the host said that it was “calm and safe”, later we didn’t feel any security issues. The streets are narrow, lots of cars and scooters having priority over pedestrians and baby strollers. The narrow streets stop the air circulation, it smells like laundry, dog excrement on the pavement and car exhaust in the air. The sea and beach, on the map nearby, are not really meant for tourists. The beach is not clean with some old stuff lying around. No nice restaurants or cafes in the area. The bus connection is the only escape from there. And it stops rather early in the evening. The taxi is about 20€ one way. The property itself is not really suitable for guests: it has almost no daylight, the smell is damp, with mold by the windows in one of the sleeping rooms and in the bathroom. There was no ventilation in the apartment, except if you kept the few windows open, but then you would get the noise from the narrow streets. Cockroaches in the bathroom in the night. We saw a rat outside the apartment. There’s a new garbage disposal system in place, you have to put out different trash bags outside according to the trash calendar, which for me was not really a problem, but I guess not everyone would like to take care of such things during their vacation. And the two supposedly separate bedrooms are actually interconnected by an opening, so you hear everything as in the same room.

Torneremo sicuramente

Appartamento super fornito (phon, shampoo e bagnoschiuma, stendino, lavatrice, spezie per cucinare, pentole padelle ecc.) e host molto disponibili e gentilissimi ci hanno dato anche “regali” (acqua fredda giá in frigo, teli mare e ombrelloni, cibo tipico siciliano). Molto vicino al mare, ci siamo andati per 4 giorni di fila. Tutto pulito e letti comodi.

Było czysto, właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna, na każdy problem reagowała natychmiast, dobra lokalizacja, połączenia z centrum okej a do plaży Mondello dojazd bezpośredni. Jedyny minus to widok z okna . Jeśli przyjeżdżasz zwiedzać to polecam . W tym miejscu szkoda siedzieć w budynku a na wypoczynek po wędrówce to idealne miejsce, spokojne i ciche a przede wszystkim czyste
