De ligging ten opzichte van het Yala nationalpark was fantastisch. De manager was super behulpzaam en zorgde er om 04:30 uur voor dat wij een ontbijtje mee kregen voor de safari. Hij stond daar speciaal voor op. Het zwembad zag er goed uit en een lekkere grootte. Wij hebben hier 1 nacht verbleven en dat was top!

The pool was lovely, although being under a tree meant there was many dead bugs and leaves in the pool after a few hours. The hotel was very quiet and we were the only guests staying so had the entire pool to ourselves. The ladies working were very kind and brought us fresh flowers and mangos they had picked. The locals are very kind and the shop/fruit stall opposite the hotel are amazing. The staff organised a wonderful safari to Yala.
It was away from the main town and tuktuks are hard to come by, so getting to the main town is slightly more difficult than elsewhere in SL. The room was very clean but we found what looked like rodent faeces in the bathroom, which we then cleaned ourselves. On our third night we returned from dinner to the room to find a live bat on the bedroom floor, which must have come through the large gaps between the bathroom ceiling and the roof of the property. We also encountered issues regarding the water, in that there was no running water at all sometimes, but when the water was running there was always hot water.
