The Albion

Location was superb basically on the beach with excellent views

There wasn’t anything to dislike for us as a group.

Quality of rooms and excellent service from all the staff.

Excellent location on the bay. Recently refurbished to a very high standard.

Nothing

Nicely appointed with lovely views

We didn't want to eat at the property and when we asked about eating elsewhere were given very poor advice that suggested this would be almost impossible. We found out that this wasn't true only after being shown the hotel dinner menu, booking a table and then when sitting down to dinner finding that the prices were hugely inflated from the "lunch" menu we had seemingly been shown. We left feeling somewhat disgruntled and found a lovely pub with much more atmosphere where we were served a lovely supper. We are not averse to paying for a nice dinner but don't like feeling as if someone tried to pull the wool over our eyes. A nice hotel - But nothing special - and buyer beware when it comes to eating there.
