Lovely and would stay again

Location was excellent for Disneyland, easy walking distance to Val D’Europe and RER train station. Everything was great except I couldn’t work the aircon

I couldn’t get the aircon to work but we had fans so was ok

Misleading Listing, Poor Maintenance, and Security Concerns

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was disappointing for several reasons. The apartment is below average and not well maintained. The walls are thin—you can clearly hear noises from neighboring units—which made it difficult to relax. The view is extremely limited, and overall, the property feels much smaller and less comfortable than portrayed. The biggest concern was the security standards around the building. The front building gate is very poorly lit at night, with no CCTV covering the front gate from outside, while being located on the far edge of the neighborhood, which feels isolated and unsettling after dark. Despite the broader neighborhood being relatively safe, this particular building does not feel that safe at night. After a disturbing late-night incident, my family and I no longer felt safe and decided to cut our stay and leave early, moving to a nearby hotel. To make matters worse, the listing was also misleading. It claimed the property had two bathrooms, but failed to mention that neither had a toilet. There was only one toilet in the entire apartment, awkwardly located next to the washing machine, with no sink nearby. The two "bathrooms" each had a shower and a sink, but no toilet—making them incomplete. There’s also no place to hang towels, and one of the showers doesn’t stay up properly, making it nearly impossible to use comfortably. This was both inconvenient and misleading. In my opinion, this property is misrepresented and should not be listed on Booking.com in its current condition. This was not the level of comfort or honesty we expected, and I would not recommend this apartment—especially not for travelers expecting a certain level of quality, transparency, peace of mind, and comfort. This was a real letdown. Honestly, I would not recommend this property to anyone at all.
