Owner is very friendly, even though speaks little English, but shows his hospitality with his body language. The receptionist young man was very friendly and kind, too, and speaks excellent English. He helped us carry luggage when we arrived and leaving, and chat with us a lot when we went to terrace.
Taxi couldn't stop right into the hotel, and it require walk about 5 min on cobblestone road. Blinds couldn't be open and block the beautiful Window view, but we can enjoy the view by going down a few steps to terrace area, which is very nicely settled with chairs and tables.

Beautiful property that’s located right next to the old town. What made it truly exception was the staff. Alex at the front desk and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They offered amazing recommendations and arranged everything we needed for a great stay. We hope to be back one day, and would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Gjirokaster!
