They had a really relaxing vibe, with nice music that I could hear when opening my window. The rooms were also beautiful and comfortable. And the staff were very helpful and kind. Also great location!

I love this hotel. 2nd year in a row I have stayed there. Walking through the door from street into reception, greeted by your signature scent - brought back memories of last year's visit and instantly made me happy! Great breakfast as always and excellent facilities in room and throughout. Excellent services and assistance. Shout out to Natalia on reception and others whose names I didn't get, and Patricio and the young lady on breakfast greeting.
Really love this hotel - no complaints.

Well located and peaceful place with good proximity to city center. Super close to the metro station and located in a not so hilly part of lisbon. Grocery stores are conveniently located nearby as well. The living area was perfect for 2 people. Everything was clean. Love that we were able to rotate the television to both the sitting area and the beds. The food options were great on this property as well. Enjoyed having a good cup of coffee a few minutes away from our room.
Toilet was quite tiny with some corners that were spotted with dirt. This could be because it is old but was a little uncomfortable to see. Pillows were really flat and practically gave no support. Other than that the room would have been perfect.

bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a full kitchen and washing machine
No daily housekeeping was very disappointing as well as not having a phone in the room. Those are two very important features for me.
