The staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was comfortable and spacious. The restaurant had amazing staff and the food was excellent in variety and taste. The spa is lovely and the staff there are very accommodating. Absolutely no complaints, would stay here again without a doubt!
Transport options to the main attractions including the ghats for Ganga aarti are minimal. We had to hire a taxi each time and it was expensive. There is no uber / ola service so it can get expensive to do sight seeing as we did not have our own vehicle.

The room was spacious and comfortable....
Checking counter shsashank was making sure to create false info about hotel ..breakfast was spread was good but nit the taste . Room mountain view is partial mountains view not full direct view

The location of the property is good. It is little far from the ganga aarti place but close to many cafes and shops. The room is small but clean. There is no balcony. The view from the rooms is good. Staff cooperative. The have good parking. They have lifts so comfortable for senior citizens.
Pricing is on the higher side. Food in hotel is expensive.
