This is second time I stay at this hotel
(I was here in May 2026 also), and now for two weeks.
I have been in Napa many times at various hotels (4 stars), and the customer service and the mood of the people working here are unmatched.
Very positive and helpful staff.
The rooms are good, and I appreciate the pool area.
Location is perfect! Price is very good for what you get. In my opinion this hotel should atleast have one more star.
I have been here with friends, and with parter, and it works great for both. Would also recommend for solo travelers, due to location and safety. Once again, highly recommend.

Everything good

Very helpful and positive staff! Always smiling, always saying hello, and always trying to help.
Room was as described, and lovely.
Perfect location for those who want to be close to the nightlife.
Cleaning was good.
Aircondition was good.
Only thing that could have been better:
Warm water pressure in shower was weak/low, although coldwater pressure was good.
I would, and will book this hotel again.
