About this apartment rental
The modern furnished 2-room apartment (45 sqm) has a bathroom (shower/WC), a separate kitchen equipped with oven and two induction plates, sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery as well as a small sitting area, dining table, two chairs and Wi-Fi radio. A staircase (inside the apartment) leads to the bedroom on the 1st floor with a double upholstered bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), two bedside tables and a wardrobe. The living room (also on the upper floor) is furnished with a couch & coffee table, flat screen TV and a flat section. All rooms on the upper floor have sloping ceilings and are equipped with carpeting. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price. If you would like an additional linen package, this can be booked for 10.00 per person.
A deposit of 50,- is to be paid to the landlord on arrival.

The village of Kamminke is an old fishing village, about 14 km from the Baltic Sea in a quiet location. Through the surrounding forests, you can take long walks and bike tours throughout the island. The village of Kamminke is located directly on the Szczecin Lagoon. Here, too, as in the seaside resorts, you can pursue bathing fun. From the harbour in Kamminke, excursions to Poland are possible, among other places.
There are numerous excursion destinations on the island of Usedom, such as Stolpe Castle, the Dutch Mill in Benz, the Mellenthin moated castle, the Karniner lift bridge, the European promenade from Bansin to Swinemünde along the imposing spa architecture, the spa and healing forest in Heringsdorf, the climbing forest in Pudagla, as well as the salt huts and the Karls Erlebnishof in Koserow.
