The modern 25 m² city apartment in Hallein, "Appartement Junior," near Salzburg, is located in the heart of the traffic-calmed city center and has been recently renovated and completely refurnished.
The Franz Josef townhouse also features two additional apartments:
- "Stadtwohnung Franz" for 4 to 6 people
- "Appartement Katharina" for 2 people

- Cozy sleeper sofa (with full-size mattress)
- Fully equipped, high-quality kitchen with dishwasher and microwave
- Flat-screen TV with international channels
- Bathroom: Shower stall, toilet, heated floors, towel warmer
Guest access
There are three key safes at the building entrance. Enter the code provided in advance into the safe assigned to your apartment, retrieve the key, and enter. Inside the building, the “Katharina” apartment is on the 1st floor, the “Junior” apartment is also on the 1st floor, and the “Franz” apartment is on the 2nd/3rd floor
Additional important information
Every weekend from Friday at 12 p.m. to Saturday at 1 p.m., an organic market (Friday) and a produce market (Saturday) take place right
in front of the building’s entrance.
Under no circumstances should vehicles be parked in front of the building during this time, as vehicles will be towed without exception. (Cost: approximately €300.)
So please always use the “Pernerinsel” parking lot, which is free of charge for you.
