With its pretty view of the Maures forest and absolute calm, this renovated and equipped mobile home of about 30m2 will welcome you on a flat plot of 500 m2 at the end of the estate bordered by Mediterranean species (in cul-de-sac, no passage)
📌For your comfort inside:
a bright living room: living room/dining area/ equipped kitchen: sofa bed in 140 cms, TV, kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, electric hob and traditional oven, microwave, crockery, cookware, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, small appliances available.
A shower room with toilet.
A bedroom with cupboards and 160 cm bed with its independent exit to the terrace (bed linen provided)
📌On the outside side: Under the large covered terrace, a summer kitchen with dishwasher and second fridge, plancha, deckchairs, garden furniture, dining table and chairs .
New washing machine and drying rack
🚘Private parking for 2/3 cars
🌡️The mobile home is equipped with reversible air conditioning.

▶️You can of course benefit from all the facilities of the Domaine des Canebières: 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, bowling alley, fitness trail, many hikes possible. A mini-market and a restaurant in season.
➡️20 minutes from the beaches of Sainte-Maxime, near the shops of Les Arcs and the Provençal market of Le Muy, the motorway exit 36 and the TGV station of Les Arcs-Draguignan are also nearby. Nice airport and the Gorges du Verdon are a 1-hour drive away.
