Built in 1998 at great expense, the house is located in the village of Koserow. The southwest-facing vacation apartments offer a view across the island—which is quite narrow at this point—all the way to the Achterwasser. You can enjoy the sunset from the balconies. The house features three vacation apartments—Lee, Luv, and Utkiek—located on the upper floor and in the attic. Commercial units are located on the first floor. The large garden is perfect for barbecuing, relaxing, and playing.
The pier and the beach in Koserow are just a few hundred meters away. Since you’re right in the heart of town, all shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
The spacious 2-room apartments, each measuring 60 m², feature a bathroom with natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, and other amenities. We look forward to your visit. Your Usedom Island Team
Dogs are welcome. The dog beach is located to the left of the pier. A beautiful forest trail begins right at the house and is perfect for walking your dog. A maximum of 2 dogs per apartment is allowed. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
