You’re just two minutes away from the fine, white sandy beach, and the centers of Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are about a 10-minute walk away. In addition, a parking space is available right on the property.

Welcome to our comfortable 3-room vacation apartment in the charming Villa Hintze. This cozy 85-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor and features a bright, inviting living room equipped with a comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV. From here, you can step out onto the generously furnished loggia, where you can spend relaxing hours. The open kitchen, which blends seamlessly into the living room, has everything you could ask for. Here you’ll find a modern induction stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a sink, and dishes—perfect for your culinary adventures!
The two bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, and each room has its own balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and provides everything you need for your stay. A parking space is available right on the property for your car, and we’ve set up a secure, locked bike rack for your bicycles. Of course, you can also use the Wi-Fi throughout your entire stay.
