The bedroom has two single beds (1x 0.90x2.00m, 1x 0.90x2.00m) and plenty of storage space. Blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a hair dryer.
The apartment does not have its own balcony, but you can use the shared rooftop terrace, which is located above this apartment.
A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the basement.
You’re welcome to use the shared bicycle storage room.
From May 1 to 15.09.2026, a beach chair is available to you free of charge at the Dittmann beach chair rental on the beach.
An outdoor parking space has been reserved for you.

The Die Insel apartment building is centrally located, quiet, and close to the beach in Timmendorfer Strand. The pedestrian zone, the fine sandy beach, and the beautiful spa park are just a few minutes’ walk away. A parking space is available right next to the building. There is also a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the building’s basement. A bicycle storage room and an outdoor bicycle parking area are available for guests bringing their own bicycles. The apartments on the 1st or 2nd floor are easily accessible in Building 2a via an elevator.
Unfortunately, there is no elevator in Building 2.
