About this apartment rental
This cozy, well-furnished vacation rental is located on the upper floor of the landlord’s home and features a separate entrance through the sunroom; from there, a door (approximately 70 cm wide) leads to the staircase that goes up to the apartment. The vacation rental consists of a large living room with a couch seating area, a wall unit, a flat-screen TV, and a bookcase. The master bedroom features a double bed and a spacious closet. The second bedroom has a double bed (1.40 x 2 m) and a closet. The bright, well-equipped separate kitchen features a 4-burner ceramic stove with an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator, as well as a nice dining area for 2–4 people. The bathroom has a glass shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer. The initial supply of bed linens and towels, final cleaning, and parking are included in the price.
If the apartment is occupied by only 2 people, generally only one bedroom is available. If the second bedroom is used, an additional €15.00 per night per person will be charged.

Each room and each vacation apartment has its own entrance, so you can enjoy your privacy. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is only about 300 m away, ideal for relaxing days by the sea. Shopping options, inviting restaurants, and the Ostseetherme stop on the Usedomer Bäderbahn are also only about 200 meters away. The town center, with the tourist information office and the pier, is about 800 meters away—perfect for a leisurely stroll.
On the property, you’ll find a cozy, covered seating area that invites you to linger. Upon arrangement with the landlord, you’re welcome to prepare fresh fish—whether you caught it yourself or purchased it—in the smoker together with the landlord.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
